1) Who we are

Payment provider / Merchant‑of‑Record (MoR)
No sales are processed before MoR activation.
After activation (e.g., Paddle): customer payments are processed by a MoR provider, who is the legal seller toward the customer. The MoR calculates, collects, and remits taxes and issues the invoice (e.g., "Sold by [Provider]").
2) Scope
Sale of digital resources (files, templates, assets, code, etc.) accessible online after payment.
3) Account / 18+
The service is for adults (18+) only. You must provide accurate information and keep your access secure. Account deletion can be requested via support at any time and is performed immediately after verification, subject to legal retention duties.
4) Delivery & access
Access to content is granted when access is provisioned (generally automated and immediate). The charge occurs when access is granted. Technical limits (quotas, anti‑fraud, DRM) may apply.
5) Prices, taxes, invoicing
Prices are shown in USD.
With MoR activated: taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) are calculated and collected by the MoR; the invoice is issued by the MoR (e.g., "Sold by [Provider]").
6) Refunds / right of withdrawal
Digital content: no right of withdrawal after access/delivery if you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right (EU rule).
Legal minimum: We apply the strict minimum required by applicable law. In practice, refunds are granted only if the law mandates it or in case of a vendor‑caused technical error preventing access, not resolved after support. Requests must be sent within a reasonable time (7 days recommended) from purchase.
Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks may lead to suspension of access to affected content.
7) Creator Program (closed)
The creator program is currently closed. There is no guarantee it will open in the future. Any "Created by …" mention on product pages is informational only.
8) Intellectual property & licences
Unless stated otherwise, rights belong to us or to credited creators. Licence is non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, for use as described on the product page. Prohibited: unauthorised resale, bulk extraction, bypass of technical measures.
9) Prohibited use
Fraud, IP infringement, malware, heavy scraping, security bypass, illegal activity.
10) Service availability & changes
The service may evolve or be interrupted (maintenance, security). Terms may change; the latest version is posted online (effective upon posting/notice).
11) Liability
Provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We exclude liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages, loss of profit, goodwill, data, or non‑material harm.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms, regardless of theory, is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or USD 50 if lower.
No liability for downtime, force majeure, government action, third‑party acts (MoR/PSP, hosts), or use contrary to these Terms.
These limits do not affect mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless (including our officers, agents, and partners) from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your content or activity on the service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any rights infringement; (d) any violation of law. We may assume control of the defence; you shall reasonably cooperate.
13) Governing law & disputes
Georgian law governs. Exclusive jurisdiction: Tbilisi courts.
